A crushing realization hit me as a bored 14-year old in biology class: I had no idea how to buy a house (or much else about adulting, for that matter).  I decided to do something about it.

• I worked for the FBI, received the gold congressional award, and learned from the top negotiators in the world.
• I spent thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours on real estate training.
• I have helped thousands of people (including other realtors!) through the home buying process, taking notes on what worked well and what could be improved. The scientific method, but for home buying.
• I worked for Google, managing global social impact projects at scale by breaking the big stuff down into small, actionable steps we could do right now.
• I created this step-by-step course of simple ways you can kick the stress out of the home buying process and save tens of thousands of dollars along the way.
• There are over 200+ steps in the home buying process, but most realtors only advise on 8.  A lot of realtors must think that’s how they keep their jobs, since so many have asked me not to share all this.
